INGREDIENTS

For the Mushroom Marinara:

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Mushroom Marinara:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.

  4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes until they release their moisture and begin to brown.
