INGREDIENTS

  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce (or tamari for a gluten-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional, for added flavor)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
