INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS
Wash the chana dal thoroughly under running water. Soak the chana dal in enough water for about 2-3 hours. Drain well after soaking.

In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked and drained chana dal, oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ground coriander, and salt. Toss well to coat the chana dal with the spices and oil.
