INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn, etc.), finely chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chickpea flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust according to your spice preference)
- Salt to taste
- Oil for pan-frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked quinoa, mixed vegetables, onion, green chilies, chickpea flour, coriander leaves, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
