INSTRUCTIONS
Chicken Preparation:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
Place the thinly sliced chicken in the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Quinoa:
- In a medium saucepan, combine quinoa and water or chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes, or until the quinoa is cooked and the liquid is absorbed. Fluff the quinoa with a fork and set aside.
Stir-Fry:
In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over high heat.
