Mini Beef Sliders

5/5

Mini beef sliders are small and delicious burgers that are perfect for parties, gatherings, or a quick snack. They are packed with flavor and can be customized with various toppings and condiments. These sliders are great for serving a crowd or for satisfying a burger craving without having a full-sized meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80/20 blend for juiciness)
  • Mini slider buns (store-bought or homemade)
  • Cheese slices (optional, such as cheddar or American)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Sliced tomatoes
  • Sliced onions
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.

  2. In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and pepper. Divide the beef into small portions and shape them into mini burger patties.

  3. Lightly brush the grill grates or griddle with olive oil or use cooking spray to prevent sticking.

  4. Cook the mini beef patties on the grill or griddle for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness (medium-rare, medium, or well-done).

  5. If using cheese, place a cheese slice on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to allow it to melt.

  6. While the sliders are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a toaster.

  7. Assemble the sliders: Place a cooked mini beef patty on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Add lettuce, tomato slices, onion slices, and pickles on top of the patty.

  8. Optionally, add ketchup and mustard to the top half of the buns before placing them on the assembled sliders.

  9. Serve the mini beef sliders hot with your favorite side dishes like fries, coleslaw, or salad.

TIPS

  1. Choose high-quality ground beef with a good fat content to ensure juicy and flavorful sliders.
  2. Season the beef patties with your favorite spices or herbs for additional flavor.
  3. Customize the toppings based on your preferences. You can add avocado, bacon, sautéed mushrooms, or any other toppings you like.
  4. Make sure the grill or griddle is hot before cooking the sliders to achieve a nice sear on the patties.
  5. If you don’t have slider buns, regular burger buns can be cut into smaller circles using a cookie cutter or knife.
  6. For a leaner option, you can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
