INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

Grilled Tofu:

  1. Cut the pressed tofu into slices or cubes.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and pepper.

  3. Marinate the tofu in the mixture for at least 15-20 minutes.
