EGG AND MUSHROOM STIR FRY

INGREDIENTS
- 4 large eggs
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced

- 1 teaspoon soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat some cooking oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté them until they become golden brown and tender. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
- In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, then add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
