INGREDIENTS

  • 4 large eggs
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat some cooking oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté them until they become golden brown and tender. Remove the mushrooms from the pan and set them aside.
  3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed, then add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

  5. Push the onion and garlic to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side. Allow the eggs to cook for a few seconds until they start to set.
