This Egg and Chicken Breakfast Wrap with Avocado Mayo is a healthy and flavorful option for Indian weight loss. Packed with protein from eggs and chicken, and accompanied by creamy avocado mayo, this wrap provides a nutritious and satisfying breakfast to support your weight loss journey.

INGREDIENTS

For the Wrap:

  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 100g boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and thinly sliced
  • 2 whole wheat or multigrain wraps
  • Handful of fresh lettuce leaves
  • Optional: Sliced cucumber, tomato, or other veggies of choice

For the Avocado Mayo:

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons low-fat yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until scrambled and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
