INGREDIENTS

- 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

- 4 lettuce leaves

INSTRUCTIONS
- Lay out the four slices of bread on a clean surface.
- If using condiments, spread them on one or both sides of the bread slices.
- Place a lettuce leaf on two of the bread slices.
- Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the lettuce.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cucumbers.
- Layer the tomato slices on top of the cucumbers.
