INGREDIENTS

  • slices of bread (whole wheat or your preferred choice)
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4-6 slices of cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Condiments like mayonnaise, mustard, or any dressing of your choice (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Lay out the four slices of bread on a clean surface.
  2. If using condiments, spread them on one or both sides of the bread slices.
  3. Place a lettuce leaf on two of the bread slices.
  4. Arrange the cucumber slices on top of the lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the cucumbers.
  6. Layer the tomato slices on top of the cucumbers.

  8. Top with another lettuce leaf.
  9. Carefully place the remaining bread slices on top to form two sandwiches.
