CHICKEN NUGGETS RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams boneless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup bread crumbs

- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Dip each chicken piece into the beaten eggs, allowing the excess to drip off.
Roll the chicken pieces in the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs to the chicken.
Place the coated chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown. Flip the nuggets halfway through baking to ensure even browning.
While the nuggets are baking, heat cooking oil in a deep pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, carefully place a few baked nuggets into the oil and fry them until they are golden brown and crispy. Flip them occasionally to ensure even frying.
Remove the fried nuggets from the oil and drain them on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
Repeat the frying process with the remaining baked nuggets.
Serve the Chicken Nuggets hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
