INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into small pieces

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a marinade.

  2. Add the chopped onions and chicken pieces to the marinade. Coat the chicken pieces evenly with the marinade. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes, or you can refrigerate it overnight for better flavors.

  3. Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 15-20 minutes to prevent them from burning.

  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the skewers.

  5. Brush the grill or baking tray with oil to prevent sticking. Place the chicken skewers on the grill or baking tray.

  6. Grill or bake the chicken kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are cooked through and have a charred exterior.

  7. Remove the chicken kebabs from the grill or oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

TIPS
