CHICKEN AND EGG BURRITO RECIPE
5/5
This chicken and egg burrito recipe is a nutritious option for those following an Indian weight loss plan. It provides a good balance of protein, vegetables, and whole grains, making it a filling and satisfying meal. The combination of chicken and eggs offers ample protein to support muscle recovery and satiety, while the inclusion of vegetables adds essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Whole grain tortillas are a healthier choice compared to refined flour tortillas, as they provide more fiber and nutrients. Remember to portion control and enjoy the burrito as part of a well-balanced diet.
