INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw
- Blue cheese dressing

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce and melted butter.
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and brush them generously with the hot sauce and butter mixture.
Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is no longer pink in the center. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, slice or shred the chicken into smaller pieces.
To assemble the sliders, place a spoonful of coleslaw on the bottom half of each slider bun. Top with a portion of the grilled chicken and drizzle with blue cheese dressing.
Add any optional toppings, such as sliced tomatoes, lettuce, or pickles, if desired.
Cover the sliders with the top half of the buns.
