INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup black beans, soaked overnight and drained
• 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
• 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp dry red chilli flakes
• 1 tsp dried mixed herbs salt to taste

METHOD
