5/5

Baked Masala Green Peas is a healthy and flavorful dish that can be enjoyed as part of an Indian weight loss diet. Green peas are a good source of fiber and protein, which help in keeping you full for longer and managing weight. Baking the peas instead of frying them reduces the calorie content while retaining the delicious flavors of the masala. This dish is spiced with traditional Indian spices, adding a touch of heat and aroma to your meal.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups green peas (fresh or frozen)

  8. Cook the peas in the masala for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
