INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a non-stick skillet, sauté the diced onions and bell peppers until they are softened.
  2. Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until the tofu is heated through.
  3. Add turmeric, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the tofu. Stir well to combine and let it cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. If using nutritional yeast, stir it into the tofu scramble.
