- Almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- Optional: Chopped nuts (such as almonds or pistachios), shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or sea salt for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully make a lengthwise slit in each Medjool date, ensuring not to cut all the way through. Gently open the date to create a pocket.

If desired, add additional toppings to the almond butter-filled dates. You can sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, a dusting of cocoa powder, or a pinch of sea salt on top for added flavor and texture.
Gently press the sides of the date together to close the pocket and secure the almond butter inside.
Repeat the process with the remaining dates.

Serve the Stuffed Dates with Almond Butter as a sweet and satisfying snack or dessert.
These stuffed dates can also be a delightful addition to a charcuterie board or a healthier treat at parties.
TIPS
Medjool dates are naturally sweet, so the almond butter provides a creamy and nutty contrast. You can use other nut butters like peanut butter or cashew butter if you prefer.
Experiment with different toppings to create a variety of flavors and textures.
