INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

For Spicy Egg Curry:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a minute.
  3. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  4. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into halves and add them to the pan. Gently coat the eggs with the masala.

  4. Heat a tawa or griddle and cook the rolled paratha on both sides until golden brown spots appear. Apply ghee or butter while cooking.
